Use cases

Your systems already know what to do. Nothing does it.

The process is written down, the data is in the tools, the people agree on it. The gap is execution, and proof that it executed.

The problem

The process is written down and everyone agrees with it. It still stops the moment one person gets busy, and the cost never appears on a report because nothing failed. It just did not happen.

The desk

Designed for every desk in your enterprise.

Marketing, sales, recruitment, support, finance and ops run on one record, against the systems your team already uses. You approve anything that leaves the company.

Marketing

Campaigns posted, analytics in the same place. You see what went out, not a plan for later.

  • Posts go out on schedule, across every channel you run.
  • Spend and engagement land against the campaign that caused them.
  • Anything with reach waits for you before it leaves.
  • The week reads as what shipped, not what was queued.

Sales

Leads emailed and called. CRM updated. You close: the follow-up already left the building.

  • New leads are researched and reached the day they arrive.
  • Calls placed, answered, and written back to the CRM.

Applicants ranked the day they land, outreach named, interviews on the calendar. You sit down to people, not a pile.

  • The board is read the day it fills, not on Friday.
  • Every message is named before it leaves.

Human-Like Execution

It works the way your best person do.

Reads the account before it acts. Notices the thing that does not add up. Stops when the call is not its to make, and leaves a record of everything it did.

Most software does a step. A person does the work: they hold the goal, pick up whatever the week actually contains, and know which decisions are theirs.

That is the difference this platform is built around. The work runs on your own systems, under your approvals, and what comes back reads like a handover rather than a log file.

Know more

Your company as objects, not documents.

Objects, the links between them, and the actions that change them. Enterprises have always kept this layer by hand. Ours is written by the work itself.

placedsentbookedraisedLeadobjectCallEmailMeetingInvoice

Objects and links

A lead, an invoice, a resume, a row in a sheet, a call that happened. Each is stored once as a typed object with its own properties, linked to the others it touched. Re-uploading the same file updates that object rather than creating a second one.

Actions

Every call placed, mail sent and record updated is written back against the object it touched. This is not a model of the work kept alongside the work. It is what the work leaves behind.

Capabilities, not integrations

An operation says "email this lead", not "call Gmail". The runtime binds that verb to whatever you have connected, so replacing Gmail with Outlook does not rewrite a single operation.

Conditions on state

Set a condition on a type of object (invoices past due, candidates shortlisted and unscheduled) and the platform watches for it in the background and runs the operation on every record that matches.

An ontology that has to be modelled before it can be used exists to inform a decision. Ours is written as the work runs, and it exists to execute the next one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What it does. How you stay in control.

Aurjobs AI is an automation and execution platform that helps individuals and businesses complete real work across recruitment, marketing, sales, finance, reporting, product, support, and operations, all in one place.

No. Aurjobs AI is not a chatbot or virtual assistant. It executes structured workflows and produces usable outputs like reports, documents, emails, and insights.

Aurjobs AI is built for individuals, students, teams, and businesses who want to automate repetitive or complex work without technical skills.

Yes. Students and individual users use Aurjobs AI for assignments, reports, summaries, research, and content creation, while teams use it for business workflows.

You can automate workflows across: • Recruitment • Marketing • Sales • Finance • Leadership & Management • Product & Engineering • Support & Operations • Insights & Research

You say what needs to happen. Mail goes out, calls run, a sheet is written. You approve anything that cannot be undone. Close the tab: it keeps going.

Workflows are ready to use and customizable. You can adjust inputs, formats, tone, and structure to match your needs.

Inputs may include documents, basic data, short descriptions, keywords, or notes. Aurjobs AI clearly tells you what to provide for each workflow.

Work that left the building: emails sent, calls placed, reports and sheets you can open, a record of what happened.

No coding needed, and no developer time to book. You describe the work in plain language, the way you would brief a colleague, and you connect a tool by signing in to it. Teams that want an API have one, but nobody is required to use it.

Plans are paid, and priced on the work that runs rather than on seats. Current plans and limits are on the pricing page, and enterprise terms are agreed directly with the team.

Sign up on the platform, choose a workflow, provide your inputs, and let the system generate the results.

Let's run one of your operations.

Bring a week that costs your team too much. We put it on the desk, run it against your own systems, and show you the record of what came back.
